ServerScout is an independent gaming community and website that reviews and rates game servers from the player's perspective.

ServerScout provides server reviews, ratings, rankings, media content, and related information intended to help players decide where they may want to play.

3. Server Reviews and Ratings

ServerScout reviews reflect the evaluation and experience of ServerScout Scouts at the time a review is conducted.

Reviews may consider categories including gameplay, performance, content, staff, community, and Discord or social presence.

Ratings and written reviews are opinions and assessments. They are not guarantees of future server quality, uptime, community behavior, staff conduct, or player experience.

4. Independence

ServerScout is intended to operate as an independent, player-focused review platform.

Server operators, communities, or other third parties do not receive the right to control a ServerScout rating simply because they request a review, communicate with ServerScout, or participate in the review process.

5. Requests and Communications

Users may contact ServerScout or request that a server be reviewed through supported ServerScout community channels, including the official ServerScout Discord.

Submitting a server does not guarantee that ServerScout will review it, publish a review, or complete a review within a specific period of time.

6. Third-Party Services

ServerScout may link to or integrate with third-party services, including Discord, TikTok, YouTube, game services, and other external platforms.

Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, and availability. ServerScout is not responsible for the operation or content of third-party services.

7. TikTok Integration

ServerScout may connect its official TikTok account to ServerScout services for purposes such as displaying official account information and statistical information, including follower counts.

Access to TikTok data is subject to TikTok authorization, permissions, platform policies, and API availability.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse ServerScout, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, exploit vulnerabilities, impersonate ServerScout staff, or use ServerScout services for unlawful activity.

9. Intellectual Property

ServerScout branding, original reviews, graphics, website design, written content, and other original ServerScout materials are owned by ServerScout or used with appropriate permission.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, game titles, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

ServerScout may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Reviews, rankings, server statuses, and other information may also be updated as servers change or new information becomes available.

Users are responsible for deciding whether to join, play on, or interact with any server or community.
